Family Caregiver Connection
(formerly known as the Senior Caregiver Network - SCN)

The Anoka County Family Caregiver Connection is a network of services for caregivers, family members, and those for whom they care. Services include: 

• The Gathering: Out-of-home group respite
• In-home respite
• Needs assessment
• FCC educational forums
• Caregiver support groups
• Family Caregiver Day: A day to appreciate & honor Family Caregivers on Saturday November 19, 2011 to register click here

There are a few requirements participants must meet to receive Anoka County Family Caregiver Connection services.   Read more about the requirements.
