What do I need to know before purchasing items?

1. All information regarding the available items has been posted. No further information is available. Questions may be submitted to purchasing@co.anoka.mn.us. Requests to purchase items will not be accepted using this link.
   
2. Items are distributed on a “First Come/First Serve basis.”
3. Only awarded buyers will be contacted via email. All others will not be contacted.
4. All items are offered “as is, where is.” No refunds or returns will be accepted.

How do I purchase items?

1. To purchase an item, click on "Buy this item."
2. Awarded buyers will be notified via email by Anoka County regarding the final purchase price (including 6.75% sales tax) and instructions on scheduling an appointment for pick up and payment.
3. Buyers are responsible for loading purchased property into their own vehicle.
4. Buyers are required to sign a “Bill of Sale” at the time of pick up.  See sample Bill of Sale.
