2011 Anoka County Road Construction Projects

• Viking Boulevard (CSAH 22) Resurfacing Project

This resurfacing project scheduled for late summer 2010 has been rescheduled for spring 2011. Delaying the project start date results in a significant savings for Anoka County taxpayers. In addition, rescheduling this project will avoid conflicts with the fall 2010 construction taking place on Cleary Road (CR 66) at Highway 47 in Nowthen and 179th Lane at Highway 47 in Ramsey. More project details will be available spring 2011.

Use caution and drive safely.

If possible, use alternate routes.
Remember as you travel through the work zone, to reduce your speed, adjust your lane position away from workers, and prepare for the unexpected.

Allow extra time for your trip and if possible, use an alternate route. Projects may cause some inconvenience, but the benefits will be a safer and more efficient roadway system.
