What we are doing: The project will add left turn lanes and shoulders to 85th Avenue and will be repaved. The project was funded with a Highway Safety Improvement Program (HSIP) grant.

How traffic is affected: During construction the signal will be replaced with a 4-way stop and 85th Avenue will be reduce to one lane in each direction. Currently, traffic is using the westbound lanes of 85th Avenue while the eastbound lands are closed for reconstruction.
Project Benefits: The addition of left turn lanes and shoulders will increase safety and efficiency.
