Right of way permits are required for utility installations (including private sewer and water connections), for grading in the County right of way, or for work which obstructs the right of way. Please apply in person, appointments are appreciated between 8:00 a.m. and 2:30 p.m.

Anoka County Right of Way ordinance (No. 2000-2) governs the work within the right of way.

Right of Way Permit fees are as follows:
Utility Distribution	$150
Non-Utility Excavation (no open cut of roadway)	$150
General work in County Right of Way	$150
