Welcome Open House Comments Summary Anoka County will be reconstructing County State Aid Highway 17 (Lexington Avenue) from CSAH 14 (125th Avenue) to just north of CSAH 116 (Bunker Lake Boulevard), approximately 2.5 miles. The project is located within the Cities of Blaine and Ham Lake. Most of the existing roadway has two travel lanes (with the exception of a short segment near CSAH 14 which has four lanes) and gravel shoulders ranging from two to eight feet wide. A map showing the location of the project is provided below.
