Sentenced Offender Supervision

Anoka County provides:

  • Probation supervision for adult and juvenile offenders as ordered by the court, including:  Intensive Supervision, Adult Probation Service Center and Juvenile Probation Center, Truancy Supervision, Intensive Supervision Alcohol Program (ISAP), Home Electronic Monitoring, Remote Electronic Alcohol Monitoring, Project SAVE (Special Alcohol Violation Enforcement), specialized Domestic Abuse and Sexual Offender supervision, and Restitution Monitoring
  • Provides supervision for offenders released from state correctional facilities
  • Case management services
  • Drug testing
  • Monitoring of conditions established by the court (e.g. community service, treatment, evaluations, counseling, restitution, court fees)
  • Information and referral to services
  • Diversion program monitoring
  • Extended Juvenile Jurisdiction studies
  • Facilities/Institutions for adult and juvenile offenders subject to confinement
