The Anoka County Workhouse has both workhouse and work release classifications for male and female sentenced offenders. All inmates are offered a variety of educational and therapeutic programs. Non-work release inmates are required to work on work crews supervised by correctional officers.
The Workhouse accepts offenders from Minnesota counties. Referrals are accepted from courts, county corrections and law enforcement agencies. See the daily, or per diem, program cost below.
