This plan lays the groundwork for each 5-year funding period. It describes the county’s anticipated needs and priorities developed in consultation with cities, towns, agencies, organizations and interested citizens. Applicants seeking funding must have an activity that meets either a High or Medium priority as listed in the current Needs and Priorities Chart. The Plan also sets measurable goals that the department works to accomplish over each five-year cycle. This document is submitted every fifth year in May.
